Disney photographers help capture memories

Vacationing at Disney World or Disneyland can lead to great memories you don't want forgotten and Disney Photo Pass can help you.

About Disney Photo Pass

Photos are a treasure trove of memories and what place would you want more memories of than Disneyland or Disney World? The Disney Photo Pass is one way to help preserve the memories of your vacation. Photo Pass photographers work for the parks directly and can be found all over in photogenic locations such as near Cinderella's Castle in the Magic Kingdom, the Tree of Life in the Animal Kingdom, character spots and much more.

Getting a Photo Pass is easy, whether you go into the Disney Photo Pass office available in every park or simply talk to the first trained photographer taking your photo. The photographer will give you a card with a number. Each time you come up to a photographer who will take your picture, give them the card. They will scan the number and the photos taken will then be available to view on your account.

Photo cards are available without fee or payment commitment by you. If you're traveling with a large group, each of you can get a photo card and your photographer can scan photos to every card. Each card and account is only claimable once.

It's really that simple.

Ride Photos

Many of the rides at Disney World and Disneyland offer ride photos. For example, there is a camera that snaps a shot of you coming over the falls on Splash Mountain. These ride photos are typically not included on your Photo Pass and cannot be added. The Test Track at Epcot, however, can scan your photo onto your card.

Multiple Cards

Don't worry if you and your family end up with multiple cards. The cards can be combined onto one account. Photos are associated primarily with the number on the card. When you log into their website, you can enter all your photo card numbers and collate images. If you lose your card, you can contact the Photo Pass office and they can help you try to locate your images.

Edit Your Photos

After your pictures are taken, visit the Photo Pass website within 30 days, enter your card number, register and check out all the available photos taken in the parks. At the website you'll have access to a wide range of features including photo editing, product creation and ordering a Disney Photo CD. A photo CD can include any and all of the images taken on your Photo Pass.

Some of the products you can create with your favorite images include:

  • T-shirts
  • Mugs
  • Mousepads
  • Framed lithographs
  • Stickers
  • Calendars
  • Magnets
  • Ornaments
  • Gift Tags
  • More

You can personalize the images, create collages and even upload your own Disney photos from a personal camera to create the most personalized souvenirs. You don't have to go to the parks to get ready, you can set up your Photo Pass account before you head on your trip. You can even create products before you go on your vacation. Want a family shirt for everyone to wear while wandering around? You can upload your photos and create it before you even leave on your trip.

Vacation Memories

A Disney vacation is a trip to the most magical place on Earth. You don't want to miss out on photo opportunities because you forgot your camera or you need to give your camera to someone else to snap a picture of your whole party. A Photo Pass can save you time and memories.
