Deluxe Resorts
Disney's deluxe resorts are generally the most luxurious. They offer fitness facilities, meeting and conference spaces, and dozens of unique amenities that give each individual property a distinct theme. The standard deluxe hotels accommodate between four and five guests per room. For parties of six or larger that want to share a room or a suite, check the deluxe villas for expanded options.

Moderate Resorts
Moderate Disney resorts are priced as low as $159 per night, making them a more affordable option for many families. These mid-range hotels offer a variety of amenities and themes as a standard facet of the Disney magic. Fort Wilderness Resort - Located on 750 acres of lush pines and cypresses, the rustic atmosphere of Disney's Fort Wilderness embraces an American Frontier theme. Families can unwind from their time in the parks with long walks down quiet trails. Storytelling around the campfire is also available most evenings. Guests staying on the far end of the sprawling resort may rent a golf cart to navigate the property. Rooms can accommodate four to five guests comfortable and prices begin at $285 per night.

Value Resorts
Value resorts are a great way to experience Disney service without as high a price tag as many of the other properties. Each hotel features swimming pools, a gift shop, food court, and activities in the same theme as the hotel itself.
Art of Animation Resort: The most recent addition to the Disney property opened in 2012 and offers a wide selection of room types to accommodate all family sizes. Most of the suites are large enough to comfortably accommodate six while standard rooms sleep four. Room themes include Finding Nemo, Cars and The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid. The resort is adjacent to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Standard rooms begin around $126 per night and suites at $249.
Pop Century Resort: This resort's guest rooms are located in ten whimsically decorated four-story buildings. Themes feature different decades from the fifties to the nineties, with memorable icons from every decade. Rooms sleep four and start at $89 per night.
All-Star Movies Resort
All-Star Movies Resort: Guest rooms are located in five different story-themed areas including Toy Story, 101 Dalmatians, The Mighty Ducks, Fantasia and The Love Bug. Standard room pricing begins around $84 per night. Statues of legendary Disney characters can be found throughout this hotel, including Sorcerer Mickey overlooking the Fantasia pool. Rooms sleep four and start at $89 per night.
All-Star Music Resort: Like the Art of Animation resort, the All-Star offers family-sized suites in addition to their standard rooms. The suites sleep six and begin at $198 per night. Standard rooms are priced at $84 a night. The resort offers musical themes from calypso to jazz to piano and more. The playful décor offers a fun setting for music lovers of all ages.
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort: The sections are themed after different sports including Home Run Hotel, Hoops Hotel, Touchdown!, Surfs Up! and Center Court. The largest of four all-star resorts, standard rooms that sleep four begin at $84 per night. The athletic atmosphere appeals to sports fans of all ages.
Campgrounds
In addition to their hotel offerings, Disney World features a campground at the Fort Wilderness Resort. Guests can choose a tent spot where they can set up their own for just $45 a night or a full hook-up spot to park their camper at $64 a night. Each site is limited to ten guests. Parties larger than ten will need to book two spots.
Disney Deluxe Villas
The Deluxe Villas offer Disney guests a different level of service with exclusive suites that include unique amenities depending on the resort. Priced higher than most other Disney hotel options, the villas include two bedroom condos, stand alone cottages and more.
Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House: The larger suites and condo type accommodations are located on the fifth and sixth floor of the main building. Villas begin at $300 per night with the price increasing based on location, view, and amenities. Guests staying in the Deluxe Villas also have access to the exclusive sunrise safari.
Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village: The African lodge-style with multi-bedroom units. Different units offer kitchens and kitchenettes. Villas begin at $355 per night for standard views and increase based on location, size of the suites and view. Guests may enjoy the exclusive sunset safari and private drive on the savannah.
Bay Lake Tower: A recent addition, was designed to reflect the Contemporary, an original Disney World resort. The building's angle offers the best views on the Disney property. Villas include studios with kitchenettes to two bedroom suites with full kitchens. Rooms begin at $415 per night and price varies based on view and size.
Beach Club Villas: Beach Club villas were designed to combine leisure and romance. The resort offers a variety of studios and villas right on a three acre water wonderland and beach-adjacent to the Yacht and Beach Club Resort. The resort is perfect for honeymooners, long-time couples and families alike, with quiet and active areas for interests of all kind including catch-and-release fishing. BoardWalk Villas
BoardWalk Villas: Located adjacent to the Boardwalk Inn, the villas offer the sights and sounds of the carnival and ragtime along the boardwalk. The villas offer a variety of sizes and some rooms feature whirlpool baths and kitchenettes. Prices start at $345 per night.
Old Key West Resort: Mingling Victorian grandeur with a restive atmosphere, the old resort is located along the waterways and adjacent to the Lake Buena Vista Golf Course, it's the ideal vacation spot for the golfers and their families. Rooms come in studio, one, two, and three bedroom villas. Prices start at $315 per night.
Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa: The resort offers a deluxe villa designed with equestrian lovers in mind. The resort also features a section of luxurious and beautiful treehouse villas that sleep up to nine guests. Prices start at $315 per night.
The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge: Located adjacent to the Wildness Lodge, the five story tower boasts varied size rooms with kitchen amenities and in some cases full kitchens. Prices begin at $355 per night.
Non-Disney Accommodations
Orlando and Kissimmee Florida are also home to hundreds of non-Disney hotels, motels, and resorts. All major hotel chains are represented in this vacation destination, and interested guests can contact their preferred chain for locations and availability in close proximity to Disney World. Several non-Disney operated hotels are located on Disney property and can offer vacationers a valuable alternative to resort-owned property. Many nearby hotels also offer free shuttles to Disney parks as well as discount Disney tickets, making them a worthwhile choice. Like other hotels, rates vary based on the season.
A few examples of non-Disney properties located on the resort's grounds include:
Best Western Lake Buena Vista: Standard rooms sleep four per room, although rollaway beds are available for an additional fee. Many rooms overlook downtown Disney. Standard rates begin at $75 per nigh and include a free daily continental breakfast. Disney view rooms are extra.
Doubletree Suites by Hilton: Rooms sleep four while suites sleep six. Located next to Downtown Disney, the hotel offers all of Doubletree's standard amenities and shuttle transport to the various parks. Self-parking is available at $10 per day. Price starts at $109 per night.
Hilton: Most rooms offer two double beds or one king and sleep up to four people. What makes this resort stand out though are the opportunity to stay in a PURE room that has been treated to eliminate allergens. Prices per night vary and are based on availability.
Royal Plaza: One of the larger non-Disney owned hotels on the property, rooms can sleep up to five and include a foldout bed in the loveseat. Rooms in the hotels tower are larger and may have upgraded bathrooms with whirlpool baths. Prices start at $99 per night and triple AAA members receive a discount.
